Since we acquired these three historic pubs, we've managed to launch four new bar menus as well as a brand new a la carte option. The key to our philosophy is to use high quality, locally-produced food and we strive to find what diners really want.

Over the past year we’ve added outstanding seafood and game dishes and even offered unusual Russian and Scandinavian delicacies. With our executive chef, we’re always trying to push back the boundaries of what the gastro pub can offer.
